Handover at Hornchurch

We recently handed over the project at Concorde House, Hornchurch for Circle Anglia Group. This consisted of the conversion and refurbishment of existing retirement accommodation to 14 individual units for sheltered housing purposes.

We were novated the contract on the 1st May 2009. The works consisted of demolition and alterations to suit the new layout, provision of new services and a full internal refurbishment, together with renewal of windows and roof coverings. We also provided the new residents with a landscaped communal garden.

The overall contract value was £1,375,000
