New Road, Peterborough

Site Manager Kelvin Clarke is exercising his considerable management skills among the chimney pots of Peterborough. This challenging site has everything; Archaeological Interest, Wildlife, Trees, Demolition, Brownfield, multiple neighbours, tight access and no room! Kelvin, however, ably assisted by Brian Venny and his team of groundworkers, are overcoming all challenges before them and are now safely ‘out of the ground'. This year we will be handing over the 15 dwellings to Hyde New Build, all to Code Level 3.

Cranborne Road, Potters Bar 

We are currently carrying out a refurbishment contract to 49 properties for Connect Property Services. The project involves upgrading existing solid wall properties and comprises; installing external insulating render, replacement double glazed upvc windows, new roof coverings, fascias, soffits and rainwater goods, asbestos removal, loft insulation, new gas services and boilers and internal ventilation upgrades. The contract period is 30 weeks and all tenants remain in occupation throughout the works.
